Artificial intelligence and more efficient technology will make it possible to process, analyze and learn from information faster &#8211; thus turning decades of stored data into the basis for <strong>better decisions<\/strong> .<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-a6e379e0 wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"padding-top:40px;padding-right:40px;padding-bottom:40px;padding-left:40px\">\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&#8220;It&#8217;s about getting more done with less resource consumption.&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Henning Kirkegaard, CEO at WebLager\u00ae<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sustainability is not just about producing green energy. It is also about developing solutions that <strong>require less energy to deliver more<\/strong> .<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">To be ahead<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Being ahead has always meant being willing to <strong>do things differently<\/strong> . Henning doesn&#8217;t believe that companies should always wait until new technology is fully developed. Sometimes you have to adopt technology early, accept the challenges that come with it, and help push the development forward. The same principle applies to responsibility. For WebLager\u00ae, acting honestly, treating people properly, and <strong>taking responsibility for the environment<\/strong> are choices &#8211; not requirements.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A company built on shared values<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When Henning is asked what he is most proud of about WebLager today, he doesn&#8217;t point to a technology, a building or a business result. He points to the people. He is proud to have built a team that shares the same values \u200b\u200b- people who are <strong>hardworking, innovative and honest<\/strong> , whether he is present or not.<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-a6e379e0 wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"padding-top:40px;padding-right:40px;padding-bottom:40px;padding-left:40px\">\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&#8220;Whether I&#8217;m there, turning my back, 100 kilometers away, in the North, or wherever I am.&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That consistency matters. Customers must be able to trust the company. Colleagues must be able to count on each other. And the same principles must apply at all levels. Over the years, the shared values \u200b\u200bhave become a natural part of <strong>the culture<\/strong> . They have also helped to create strong partnerships with customers who believe in the same way of doing business.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The next chapter belongs to those who dare to change.<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you look back at history, one theme keeps coming up: <strong>You shouldn&#8217;t always do what we always do<\/strong> .<br\/> All development has come from someone who has done something different. You should also investigate: Could we do it better?&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That question has <strong>shaped WebLager\u00ae from the very beginning<\/strong> . It was there when computers were still met with skepticism. It was there when paper and fax machines seemed like the only way to handle documents. It was there when renewable energy was not yet a standard in business. And it is still there today, when artificial intelligence is starting to change the way we work with information. The future is not created by simply repeating what worked yesterday.
