In recent months, WebLager® has been on the road to three exciting trade fairs in Denmark and Germany: Digitaliseringsmessen in Odense, Karrieremesse Esbjerg and KGSt Forum in Leipzig.
What they all had in common was great conversations, new connections and the opportunity to meet people who are interested in digitisation, document management and the workplaces of the future.
Digitaliseringsmessen in Odense
After several weeks of preparation, we were ready to welcome visitors to booth C10 at Odense Congress Center for Digitaliseringsmessen 2026. From the start of the day, there was great energy around the booth. We had the opportunity to speak with visitors about digital document management, scanning, digital archiving and PaperMask—and about how existing document archives can be made more searchable, accessible and usable. For us, digitisation is not only about technology, but also about finding solutions that work in practice. That is why the many questions, shared experiences and professional discussions were an important part of the day.
We also took part in Tour 4 – Cloud, climate and smart IT choices, where we had the opportunity to meet even more visitors and share more about WebLager® and our solutions. Of course, there was also room for a bit of fun along the way. The day began with a welcome activity outdoors, where several people tried their hand at cornhole, and at the booth visitors could, among other things, spin the prize wheel and take home some WebLager® merch. It was a day filled with great conversations, new connections and inspiration that we will carry forward.
Karrieremesse Esbjerg
From digitisation and document management to career opportunities—our next stop was Karrieremesse Esbjerg 2026 at Blue Water Dokken. Here, we met students, recent graduates and other curious visitors who wanted to learn more about WebLager®, our work and the opportunities to become part of the team. A career fair is about more than presenting a company. It is also an opportunity to meet people from different backgrounds, hear about their interests and ambitions, and give them an insight into what it is like to work with us. That is why we appreciated the many great conversations and questions about both our areas of work, day-to-day life in the company and opportunities for professional development. On the day, WebLager® was represented by Thomas Nikolau, Kathurjan Plinofrenald, Sara Escallón and Lemoni Cebula.

Together, they helped create a welcoming atmosphere around the booth and gave visitors an insight into life at WebLager®. Many thanks to Business Esbjerg for organising a great fair, and to everyone who stopped by. We hope that some of the conversations will be the beginning of new collaborations—and perhaps even future colleagues.
KGSt Forum in Leipzig
Our third stop took us to Leipzig, Germany, where we attended the KGSt Forum over three days.
The forum gave us the opportunity to meet relevant professionals, exchange experiences and build new contacts. At the same time, it was a great occasion to strengthen existing relationships and introduce WebLager® to even more people. Our team consisted of Thomas Nikolau, Felix Peters, Frederik Ottosen and WebLager’s owner, Henning Kirkegaard. Together, they welcomed visitors at the booth, where conversations focused on solutions, needs and opportunities for future collaboration. We also made sure to offer a bit of Danish hospitality along the way. Cold Danish refreshments welcomed visitors, while WebLager® T-shirts, mugs and stickers quickly became popular.
After three intensive days, we returned home with tired feet and many great memories. It was especially the quality of the conversations, the interest in WebLager® and the promising contacts we brought back that made the participation a positive experience.
We look forward to following up on the new connections and continuing the dialogue with the people we met in Leipzig.

Thank you for three great experiences
Three trade fairs, three different target audiences and many valuable meetings.
From conversations about digital archiving in Odense to career opportunities in Esbjerg and new professional connections in Leipzig, each event has given us something to take forward. A big thank you to everyone who visited our booths, asked questions, took part in the activities or took the time for a chat. Thanks also to the organisers for creating the setting for great meetings and knowledge sharing. We will take the many inputs, ideas and new connections with us as we continue working to make document management simpler, more accessible and more secure.
We are already looking forward to the next trade fairs—and to seeing you again!
